Rally Obedience Showcase

Prepared to be amazed by some talented dogs and their handlers demonstrating what is involved in a relatively new sport called Rally.  Rally is fun and exciting obedience activity that involves the dog being at heel whilst navigating a pre-set course of up to 18 different exercises.  Handlers and dogs work together as a team with the aim of completing the course with as few errors as possible.   

There are 7 qualifying levels in Rally, including a specific level for dogs over 7yrs (Veteran) with 68 different exercises for judges to choose from.  The demonstration will include a number of these exercises showing how handlers/dogs develop their skills.  We hope we will inspire you to take up the sport. No matter what experience you or your dog have, it's easy to get involved, start training and then, compete.  Rally is accessible to pedigree and non-pedigree dogs from 6 months of age.
