Location

Our event is held in HALL 1 & 2 of the NAEC, Stoneleigh. Located between the M6 and M40 motorways, close to Kenilworth and around 6 miles south of Coventry close to the A46, NAEC Stoneleigh comprising over 1,000 acres of land. Situated in Stoneleigh Park is a unique site with indoor and outdoor event spaces. Using Sat Nav? Please use this postcode: CV8 2LG and make sure that you follow the AA road signs to find our main entrance to the site. Once your satnav has brought you to the NAEC Stoneleigh, follow the signs for the show you're visiting.

Tickets
  • A ticket is £18.00 for one show day, this provides entry to the show from 9am until 4pm. There is a weekend ticket option of £30.00 for entry on both days. 
  • Your ticket gives you access all activities, a printed show guide and parking. 
  • Tickets will increase to £25 on each show day. 

Under 16’S

Under 16 is completely free but must be accompanied by an adult. ALL persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket/wristband. 

Carer Tickets

Visitors who require special assistance are offered free admission for one accompanying carer when they pay the full adult price.   

Please bring relevant proof of entitlement, such as a National Disability Card or a letter from Personal Independence Payment, as this will be asked for on arrival. Ticket for the paying visitor can be purchased in advance and on show day both the ticket holder and the carer should present at the ticket booth with aforementioned proof and request a carer ticket. 

If the paying visitor wishes to pay on the day the price will be the on the day price and the same proof and request at the ticket booth would apply. 

When Will I Receive My Tickets?

Our tickets are digital. You will receive an email after your order confirmation which will have the links to download your tickets. On arrival your digital ticket will be scanned and you will be issued a wristband, this will allow you to enter and leave the main halls freely.  

Refunds And Consumer Contracts Regulations

Events are covered by the new Consumer Contractions Regulations in respect of event cancellation. The promoter Edition Media Ltd will not offer any refunds on ticket purchases if you are unable to attend or no longer with to go but you are welcome to sell unwanted tickets. Leisure activities with a specified date are exempt from cancellation and refund rights under Part H Section 6 of the act – “services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance”.If you wish to contact us regarding tickets or anything please contact us.
